POLYCARBONATE

Polycarbonate is a premium engineering thermoplastic engineered for applications requiring high transparency paired with exceptional mechanical strength.

Renowned for its impact resistance—exceeding that of glass by more than 200 times—it provides reliable performance in environments where breakage, vibration, and mechanical stress are common. Its dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and strong thermal resistance make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including heat-exposed electrical assemblies.

Polycarbonate maintains excellent optical clarity, allowing unobstructed visibility for inspection panels, machine guards, and safety shields. It offers dependable dielectric properties, making it a proven choice for switchboards, enclosures, and equipment requiring clear insulated barriers. The material machines and fabricates cleanly, supports tight tolerances, and remains stable under load, making it versatile for precision-cut components, formed parts, and protective covers across industrial, electrical, and high-performance sectors.
