TYPE X SWITCHPANEL

Type X Switchpanel is a high-performance, paper-reinforced thermoset composite formulated with premium phenolic resin for electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and long-term stability in switchboard and industrial environments. Engineered for low-voltage and medium-voltage systems, Type X delivers a reliable combination of rigidity, dielectric performance, thermal endurance, and machinability—making it a trusted material for structural and insulation components in electrical assemblies.

Manufactured under controlled curing conditions, Type X exhibits excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and consistent mechanical properties, even in demanding service conditions involving heat, vibration, and electrical stress. Its phenolic composition provides natural flame resistance, low smoke generation, and strong resistance to tracking and arcing, supporting safer system design in modern switchboards.
