G11/FR5 Epoxy Glass

G11 / FR5 Epoxy Glass is a high-temperature, glass-reinforced epoxy material developed for electrical and mechanical applications operating under sustained thermal, electrical, and mechanical stress.

Produced from woven glass fabric bonded with a high-performance epoxy resin system, G11 / FR5 delivers a balanced combination of electrical insulation, structural strength, and thermal endurance. It is specifically selected where standard epoxy glass grades are no longer sufficient, particularly in environments involving elevated operating temperatures, continuous electrical loading, or mechanical stress over long service periods.

The material exhibits excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and strong resistance to oils, greases, and common industrial chemicals. These characteristics make it well suited to enclosed electrical assemblies and industrial environments where consistency and reliability are essential.
