Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, continue to apply.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

Technical Support & Advisory Disclaimer

MISCO provides product information in good faith using available evidence and practical experience.
Unless agreed in writing, this support is not engineering approval or certification of a customer's design.
Customers remain responsible for final material selection, testing, compliance and suitability for their application.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management Commitment

MISCO is developing and maintaining a risk-based quality management system aligned with ISO 9001.
The framework supports controlled processes, customer focus, evidence-based decisions and continual improvement.
This commitment does not represent that MISCO currently holds ISO 9001 certification.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Commitment

Manufacturer testing is not represented as accredited testing performed by MISCO Australia.

Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) Commitment

MISCO supports the security objectives relevant to participation in Australian Defence supply chains.
We are assessing and strengthening governance, personnel, physical and cyber controls as requirements develop.
This commitment does not state that MISCO is a DISP member or handles classified information.
