P1 PAPER BAKELITE

P1 Paper Bakelite is a paper-reinforced phenolic thermoset composite designed for low-voltage electrical insulation, mechanical support, and general-purpose industrial applications. Manufactured from high-quality cellulose paper impregnated with phenolic resin, P1 delivers a strong balance of dielectric performance, moderate mechanical strength, and stable machinability at an economical price point.

Lightweight, rigid, and naturally flame-resistant, P1 Paper Bakelite is ideal for components that require good electrical isolation, dimensional stability, and clean fabrication without the need for high structural load capacity. It machines easily on CNC routers, mills, and saws, offering smooth edges and precise dimensional control for insulating plates, gaskets, supports, spacers, and terminal board components.

P1 Paper Bakelite remains one of the most widely used phenolic grades for electrical and mechanical fabrication across commercial, industrial, and OEM environments.
