RIGID PVC

Rigid PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a proven, cost-effective engineering thermoplastic used extensively across electrical, industrial, and mechanical applications. It provides a strong combination of electrical insulation, dimensional stability, moisture resistance, and chemical durability, making it a dependable material for environments where consistent performance is required without the expense of higher-end engineering plastics or thermoset composites.

PVC maintains its rigidity, impact strength, and insulating properties in typical indoor and light industrial service conditions. It performs well in areas exposed to humidity, water, mild chemicals, and cleaning agents, and offers a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to machine, fabricate, and clean. This makes it suitable for panels, covers, guards, separators, spacers, light-duty structural blocks, and fabricated components used in switchboards, industrial equipment, and general manufacturing.
