• Material Identification and Traceability: Every item is received, stored, and labelled with its grade, batch, and specification.

• Process Control: CNC machining parameters, tool calibration, and measurement accuracy are regularly verified and recorded.

• Inspection and Verification: Products are visually and dimensionally inspected at multiple stages before dispatch.

• Corrective and Preventive Action: Non-conformance are documented, investigated, and resolved with follow-up monitoring.

• Record Keeping: Documentation is securely maintained within our cloud-based management system to ensure accessibility and traceability.
